Terms and Conditions.

All copyright and other rights that subsist in the home page and in the sub-domain pages of the Nuview© website (www.nuview.tv) ("the Site") are owned by Three Feet High Limited. All use of the Site is subject to the following terms and conditions of use. Nuview© may change these terms at any time by posting changes online. Please review these terms regularly to ensure you are aware of any changes. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you agree to be legally bound by these terms as updated and/or amended.

Use of Nuview©:
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, download, post, broadcast, transmit, make available to the public, or otherwise use Nuview© content in any way except for professional use within the media stated within the registration form submitted. You also agree not to adapt, alter or create a derivative work from any Nuview© content except for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other type of use requires the express prior written agreement of Nuview©

You will not use the Site:

i. to create a database (electronic or otherwise) that includes material downloaded or otherwise obtained from the Site;
ii. to transmit or re-circulate any material obtained from the Site to any third party;
iii. in such a way so as to remove the copyright or trade mark notice(s) from any copies of any material made in accordance with these terms; or
iv. in any way that might bring Nuview© into disrepute.

Nuview© shall have the right to refuse to allow you access to any of the pages on the Site at any time and for any reason without giving you any advance notice and Nuview© shall not be liable for any losses or damages whatsoever (other than losses or damages for death or physical injury arising out of the negligence of Nuview©) arising from your inability to access the Site.

The information provided on or in the Site is intended for recreational, non-commercial purposes only. Whilst every effort has been taken to ensure the accuracy of the information provided by Nuview©, its employees and agents in these pages, the contents of the Site are naturally subject to change from time to time. On some of the pages of the Site you may be informed of the opportunity of entering into agreements with third parties. Nuview© is not liable in relation to, and takes no responsibility for, any contract entered into by you with any third party.

Save unless otherwise stated, Nuview© does not itself manufacture any of the goods described on the Site and makes no warranty whatsoever as to any goods that may be purchased or obtained by you or offered to you through use of the Site, whether accessed directly or otherwise. If any of these terms and conditions should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from the terms and conditions and the remaining terms and conditions shall survive, remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from matters relating to the Site shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
